Let's start:

Open the tubes AND mask in PSP
Pick 2 nice colours out of a tube
Open a new transparent layer 600x400 pix
Fill these with your dark colour

Go to your sexy tube
Copy & paste as a new layer
Blend mode luminance legacy
Make the tube a bit smaller
with the pick tool
Drop shadow:
8/4/75/11,50
Opacity 75%

Go to the selection tool
Custom selection:
Above 150, left 0, right 600 & under 390

New layer
fill this with the light colour
Go to layer
New mask layer from Image
Look for mask Kckqxd
Merge group
CTRL D
Effects Texture effects
Fine leather with these settings:

Drop shadow same as step 2
Opacity 50

Activate raster 1
New layer
Go to brush tool and look
for brush Lynd04-043 001
the settings are:
size 600, step 32, density 100, rotation 0,
opacity 100
Click twice on the left button of the mouse
You can see on my work how the brush stands
Repeat the drop shadow

Activate the front layer
Go to the face tube
Copy & paste as a new layer
Mirror
Move the tube against the right border
Duplicate this layer and lock the copy
Activate the original tube layer
Distortion effects wind 100 right
Opacity 73
Activate the copy and unlock
Repeat drop shadow
Opacity 80

Merge visible layers
AAA Frame Texture:

Repeat once

Place a watermark
Save as JPG
