Open transparent layer 600x400 pix
Fill with light colour
Plug-in VM Distortion Broken Mirror
Drop shadow: 4/5/80/1
Repeats -5/-4

Copy & paste as a new layer
Duplicate this layer
Activate the original tube layer
Repeat plug-in
Activate copy layer
Opacity 67
Enhance more

Copy & paste as a new layer

Merge all layers
Copy this layer

Copy and paste as a new layer
Duplicate twice
Activate the original tube layer
Distortion effects wind 100 right
Activate the first copy
Distortion effects wind 100 left
Merge down opacity 67
Activate the second copy
Drop shadow from step 3

Go to the text tool
Look for font moondance two
Size 72, vector, stroke width 1
Type your text and give the
Same drop shadow as in step 3
Place a watermark
Merge all layers
Save as JPG
